About

Being in the business of Real Estate since 1987 and being able to speak fluent Spanish has given me the opportunity to grow both as a businesswoman and an individual, it has helped to encourage those around me to view the brightest of opportunities. My biggest priority as a businesswoman is education. The Real Estate market changes constantly and being a Realtor means I have to evolve with it. I make sure that I am aware of the rules, the news, and in addition, I strive to continuously learn and grow to keep all of my credentials updated. One word that describes me is inclusive. Not only am I a Realtor but also a buyer, a seller, and an experienced investor. I never forget about giving back to the community. As a professional, it is important to be well rounded for when unexpected market changes come along. For the past ten years, I have been volunteering at New Hope as a counselor helping with the suicidal hotline. I have participated in various Real Estate offices to speak about goal setting, education, reputation values, and beliefs. I am an avid volunteer at the American Cancer Society consignment store. Additionally, I take part in helping raise money for non-profit organizations like “New Life Beginnings”. I continue to work with Dr. Jo Anne Bishop as my life coach. In all honesty, I plan to be in this business for many years to come and know that I will continue to grow, help, accomplish, educate, and be educated by every experience that I am involved in.

CONTINUOUS EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Some of the certifications and designations I have acquired over the years include graduating from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Real Estate Owned (REO) designation, I have been certified in Probates and Trust Sales, Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) also I have gained certification for Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). I believe in growth, it is important to me to exceed the best for my clients and my community. I make certain that any time there is an opportunity to learn something new I take it. In 2011, I enrolled myself in an extensive program called “Leadership Academy” taught by Anthony Robbins and other notable speakers. At this time, Real Estate was not at its peak and I knew that in this difficult time people always seek a leader. Expanding my leadership skills would help with the recovery of the business. During the hundred-plus hours of training, I gained a lot of knowledge about rapid changes in any situation. How I can become a better coach by understanding my strengths and then applying them to help close friends, clients, and family. Those lessons reminded me of how important is to stick to something you believe in order for it to succeed. Unexpectedly, going through this rigorous seminar transformed me into the leader my friends and family, clients, and associates can count on for professional and personal advice. I strive for growth and contribution…it is my passion!
